The truth is, deep down, we each know what we need to achieve it, but often we get in the way of ourselves. We tell ourselves stories that do not serve us which act as obstacles blocking the road to our success and happiness.
How do I know this? I’ve been there many, many times, working through my own set of health and wellness challenges over the past 20 years.
My job, through my education and experience, is to act as your accountability partner and guide you back into the light of your full potential and happiest self.

I work with teen girls and young women who are ready to explore and adopt healthy lifestyle shifts for optimal wellbeing. Through evidence-based coaching techniques, we dig deep into the root cause and explore the WHY of the WHY to create long-lasting behaviour change.

ONGOING SUPPORT
In addition to receiving 1:1 coaching support in weekly/fortnightly sessions, you will also receive ongoing support via text and email outside of your session times.
RESOURCES
All coaching programs are hands-on and very practical. All relevant materials will be provided, including worksheets, journal prompts, online yoga classes and much more.
WELLNESS TOOLKIT
Upon signing up for a coaching program, you will be provided with a wellness toolkit via the post. This will contain useful tools specific to your wellness needs such as books, journals, essential oils, products etc.
