I’M A MULTIPASSIONATE WELLNESS ENTREPRENEUR, EDUCATOR, AND CREATOR WITH MY FINGERS IN OH SO MANY PIES!

FUELLED BY CURIOSITY, ADVENTURE, AND A MISSION TO HELP WOMEN GLOW FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

Kelly de Martin on the phone

Hey there!

I’m Kelly.

I’ve never been one to take the straight and narrow path, curiosity, big dreams, and a deep desire to make an impact have always led me to carve my own journey.

My journey into the world of health and wellness began with my own burnout.

As a school teacher, I poured everything into my work, but over time, I found myself exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on empty.

I knew something had to change.

These days, whether I’m coaching, teaching, or creating, my days are spent helping people build simple, sustainable habits that bring more energy, ease, and balance into their lives. I believe that wellness isn’t about quick fixes or perfection, it’s about making small, meaningful shifts that create lasting change.

From hosting transformational workshops and speaking at corporate events to guiding school communities and crafting online courses, I love sharing practical, science-backed tools that make healthy living feel effortless and enjoyable. My approach is holistic—mind, body, and spirit—because true wellbeing is about so much more than just what’s on your plate; it’s about how you nourish every aspect of your life.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple mission: to help others flourish, glow, and grow into their most radiant, healthy, and aligned selves—without the overwhelm, guilt, or pressure to be perfect.

The official stuff.

*That necessary stuff on paper that doesn’t quite qualify you as well as real life experience.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Education in 2012, which gave me a strong foundation in teaching, guiding, and supporting others in a way that meets their unique learning styles.

My background in education has shaped the way I coach and communicate, ensuring that every person I work with feels empowered, understood, and equipped with the right tools to make lasting changes in their health and wellbeing.

Continuing my passion for learning and growth, I am currently completing my Master’s in Health Promotion, with an expected graduation in 2026. This journey is deepening my expertise in evidence-based lifestyle change, behaviour science, and public health, allowing me to make an even greater impact in the wellness space.

In 2019, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I refined my coaching skills and deepened my knowledge of the health and wellness industry. This experience not only shaped my approach to coaching but also reinforced my passion for guiding others toward sustainable, long-term lifestyle changes.

Building on this foundation, I went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine, an emerging field that bridges the gap between health promotion and clinical practice by focusing on the modification of behavioural, social, and environmental factors. This furthered my understanding of how to create lasting, evidence-based health transformations that go beyond quick fixes and instead focus on holistic, preventative approaches.

As an accredited Health & Wellness Coach with HCANZA, I am committed to empowering individuals with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to build healthier, more balanced lives—without the overwhelm or pressure to be perfect.

Coach.

Educator.

In 2020, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Santosha Yoga Institute, a journey that deepened not only my personal practice but also my understanding of the mind-body connection.

While I’m not actively teaching in a studio, I weave the principles of yoga into all my coaching programs, incorporating movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support a truly holistic approach to wellbeing.

Instructor.

Who do I work with?

I work with teen girls, young women, and busy women who are ready to explore and adopt healthy lifestyle shifts for optimal wellbeing. Whether they’re navigating the demands of school, work, family, or simply trying to prioritise themselves amidst a hectic schedule, I help them create sustainable habits that fit into their lives, not the other way around!

Through coaching practices, we dig deep to uncover the root cause (the WHY of the WHY) so that change feels natural, aligned, and lasting.

My clients are not just looking for quick fixes; they are ready to implement real, meaningful change and feel empowered to take action toward a healthier, more balanced life.

I coach women who are looking for solutions in how to:

  • Lose Weight and/or Boost Body Image Perceptions

  • Eat Healthier, Nutrient-dense Foods

  • Stop Smoking

  • Gain Self-Confidence

  • Develop Self-care Practices

  • Make Hard Life Decisions

  • Lead a More Active Lifestyle

My Story.

My interest in the health and wellness space piqued in my early twenties. Before then, I would have declared I knew all about health and wellbeing but in the next breath I would have been cursing my body, denying myself food (and making up for it later) and indulging in consistent negative self-talk; everything I stand against these days.

Throughout my teens and early twenties, I was never truly satisfied with my body image or my state of health despite being a healthy, active young girl. I had an extremely unhealthy relationship with food and whilst I was never diagnosed with a disorder, a hunch tells me there was a lot going on there. I was always interested in leading a healthy lifestyle, however, my interpretation of ‘healthy and well’ wasn’t completely accurate.

So what changed? To be honest, the was no one moment or factor that shifted my way of thinking, but that’s just what it was, my thinking! I wish I could say all of a sudden, I woke up and saw the light but it was a collective series of events. My mum was diagnosed with cancer in my late teens which has been a continuing journey for me and the family right through my twenties and now into my thirties. Whilst she is fortunately still well, I saw first hand the importance that daily habits can have on our health long-term. I also spent huge amounts of time in therapy to get to the bottom of WHY I felt like I was never enough, both physically and emotionally.

In 2017 I was introduced to doTERRA essential oils which was a pivotal point of change for me. It was the catalyst for me moving into the health and wellness space professionally. Not only did I love using the oils but I loved sharing about them and turned my love of oils into a growing business which is still growing today. At this time, I invested in loads of professional development courses and learning which all helped to support the work I did in therapy years prior.

In 2019 gained my Health Coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and in 2020 I completed my yoga teacher training through Santosha Yoga Institute. Through my work in the health and wellness industry, I have learned that health and wellness are holistic concepts encompassing so many facets of our lives. These concepts are dynamic and evolve over time and look different for everyone.

Whilst the negative self-talk and self-doubt still rear their head some days, I now have the capacity to manage them because I know my truth. My goal is to support other women to come to their own truth and end the cycle of telling ourselves we’re not enough.

My Core Values

  • Showing empathy, kindness and being sensitive and showing tolerance for everyone’s unique journey.

  • Genuine coaching from a place that is congruent with our client’s belief system and world views.

  • Unconditional love for all regardless of race, background, religion and political views. We are all one and equal on this earth.

Ask Yourself;

“Do my present actions support the future life I’m trying to create for myself’?”

No? I can help with that!
