Totally in love with this Little Black Dress from Forever New. I spotted it on the rack and immediately had to have it!  See links below to shop the look.

A black dress is timeless and I love dresses that have that extra something. The feature that got me on this one was the flared sleeves, they are just so gorgeous and add such femininity to the shift dress. I borrowed the jacket from a friend as it was surprisingly freezing on the day of our shoot, it's a great one though. Just from H&M and a bargain at $59.95.

Currently completing post-graduate studies in the area of Lifestyle Medicine, Kelly has a special interest in educating others on the integral role that good nutrition and ample movement have within our bodies and on our overall longevity.
